What is your shipping policy?
Caolion offers free US standard shipping on any purchases of $50 and over. For orders less than $50, there is a flat delivery fee of $5. Click here for our detailed shipping policy.
When will my order ship?
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 6pm are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
How long will it take to ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 3-7 business days
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You will be updated automatically with a tracking number when your order ships. Can’t find the email? Remember to add [firstname.lastname@example.org] to your safe senders list.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email [email@example.com].
How can I change the country I am shopping in?
At this time, we can only ships within the United States and affiliated territories under the USA
What skin types are Caolion products suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, paraben free.
Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?
If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture. While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 2 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality.
Can you send samples of your products?
I’m sorry, but at this time we do not send out samples without a purchase. At times, we offer samples as an online gift with purchase or when we launch a new line of featured products. To be included in these future offers, be sure to sign in.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your Caolion. Please reach out to [firstname.lastname@example.org] with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return and we’ll take care of the rest.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase. Order # (GLO#) must be provided to place a return. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at [email@example.com]and we’ll help you place the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org] and we’ll be sure to get you the Caolion you ordered!
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can now only use Amazon Pay for the payment. We are accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards; you should have Amazon.com account to make a payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
